Everything I teach comes from solving this problem in my own life first. The tools I use were not learned in a classroom. They were earned through years of trying, failing, understanding, and finally breaking the cycle for good.

What if I already know what to do?
Most people do. Knowledge is rarely the problem. The issue is the pattern running beneath the behaviour. You can know exactly what to do and still watch yourself not do it. That gap is not a knowledge gap. It is an identity gap. That is what we work on.
What if I have already tried everything?
